Refund/Exchange 
You must notify us within 14 days if you would like a refund.  The cost of the frame will be refunded however, the    cost of the lenses and postage costs will not be refunded.  Our lenses are custom made to your prescription      which is why we are unable to issue a refund.

 If you wish to exchange your item for a new item with a higher or lower value, we will either refund the difference or notify you of the additional payment required. This only applies to the price of the frames, lenses are be non-refundable.   Please note delivery will be charged at usual postage rates.

Returning a 2 for 1 Frame
If you wish to return 1 pair from our 2 for 1 range, you shall be charged in full for the frame kept.  The returned glasses shall be considered as the free pair from this offer.

Returns
There is a 14-day return policy.  You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods if there is fault or damage to your product(s).  We recommend returning your goods via a courier or royal mail service that requires a signature.  Please ensure your package is wrapped securely to avoid any damage.  We are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post.
If returning items, the product(s) needs to reach us with 14 days from the date of dispatch printed on your dispatch note/invoice.  Returns must be in original condition and with all accessories (e.g. cloths, cases, etc.).  All refunds will be made via the same method of payment.

Delivery
We will take reasonable measures to ensure your items are dispatched to you as soon as possible after placing your order via Royal Mail.  There are over 800 frames in stock, however, in certain cases, delivery can take up to 3 weeks if the item(s) are not in stock. 
You will be notified by email when your items are dispatched and will be provided with a tracking number.
